Apparently, visiting another player's house isn't so easy. Unless you're Battlenet Friends or in a Guild, or Friends who form a Party and can be summoned. In theory they are working to make it easier. Not there!
My sister, who is in the BWR Guild was able to visit. She said "Very Nice", followed by "You know you can add more rooms, right?" My brother in law looking over her shoulder said "Very Cool."
It is getting a little crowded, which is why I'm looking into how to add on floors and rooms without messing with my perfecto Alliance house. I love my house.
It occurred to me that many Wow players who have adopted the housing system also probably played The Sims, or Minecraft, maybe even Everquest's Landmark. Building up and over and out must be so familiar. I've never played any of those, and the concepts aren't there. Working on it, but it feels like three dimensional thinking which isn't my forte.
My next goal is to get to level 90 with either my Druid or Warlock. Both are 88. It is slow going though. I'm no huge fan of either Harandar or Zul'Aman after spending time in each. Harandar wins somewhat because of the decor, but I haven't seen a decor quest reward for awhile, and there are dozens of quests to go before leaving the area.
