A House Divided
There are now weekly housing quests for you to do. I hadn't noticed them before last week when this popped up:
So easy, right? Get the homeowner and four other people in your house at the same time and lots of goodies are yours.
Everyone visited but not at the same time. Here's my son. How I do love him.
I thought we had all month, but it was just for the week. That's a good thing. Somehow trying to get five of us together in one place for five minutes was way to much for our little family group.
There was Guild Drama.
There was Family Drama.
Too icky.
I'm happily back to treasure hunting for recipe ingredients for my profession decor, and puttering about moving furniture around.
You can shrink anything down to 20% of it's original size, which makes it fun to find things to use as game pieces on your game table. I need two more pieces.
So you think you grab a little ore and herbs, and voila, a new couch? Noooo. I'm working on making all of the profession decor for the Classic era. My Blacksmith and Enchanter both need ingredients from the one place that has them: The Molten Core.
I've never been in it before today. So, ya, I couldn't find the entrance for anything because I didn't read the quest text that said transport me to the Molten Core. Doh.
Once in, what a nice greeting committee.
Cool monsters everywhere, and they dropped the elemental items I needed, but not enough. I'm going to have to go back. Then, equipped with an odd assortment of things, I need to find an NPC in Blackrock Depths to teach me how make Dark Iron Bars. Decor Hunting isn't for the weak.

MC, my old friend. At least you won't need the Aqual Quintessence to get to the final bosses anymore in Retail, at least.
ReplyDeleteYou know, I've been checking to see if you're on Atherne when I happen to get on Retail, but I've not seen you on. Otherwise I'd have stopped by.
